You and/or your loved one will collaborate with our team to determine if Heartwood Recovery is the best fit. The next step in the process is to complete an assessment over the phone designed to gather more information. This will help us determine if you or your loved one can be medically cleared for the residential level of care we provide. If deemed medically necessary, we may refer you or your loved one to complete medical detoxification at an outside facility prior to coming to Heartwood. We work closely with several detox facilities in the Austin area. Once medical detox is complete, we will facilitate a door-to-door transfer from the detox facility to our residential campus.
