Upon successful completion of Residential Treatment, our clients are highly encouraged to continue their recovery journey by moving to our Transitional Living Home while completing our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). While in Transitional Living, you or your loved one will have the full support of our care team. We also have a live-in property manager who facilitates house meetings, provides support and accountability, facilitates client drug testing, and assists with anything that may come up in the early stages of recovery. Our max capacity at Transitional Living is 8 clients, making it a highly individualized program where you or your loved one receive the support and care they need. Our home is an upscale property located in South Austin, approximately 10 minutes from our residential campus, and 10 minutes from Downtown Austin. Length of stay is 1-2 months depending on client specific circumstances. Upon completion of the program, our team will assist with the next transition, whether that be moving to sober living or back home.
